    Lightbulb Skinning software

    What software is everyone using to create there skins. I know that there are a lot of commercialy available drawing programs, but what are some of the open source ones that people are using?
    VIA MII 10000 - 512MB Ram - Dual 2.5" drives, Xenarc 700TSV, Panasonic CW-8132-B, Opus 150, Audigy 2 NX, PowerMate, IOADR1610 10 Relay card

    i think u can use "the gimp". it's a freeware sw, but quite powerful. (but photoshop's better).

    Ya, but the gimp is more for modifying content than developing new content. But are there any better freeware programs?
