Sorry if this file has been unavailable for a couple days. The host has been having a bit of dificulty with the servers. Should be back again now though.

um...I can't get the "rar" file to open. I have tried internet explorer, on files from both links.
You need a program called Winrar. http://www.rarlab.com/
