LCD Skin - Beta1

Tell me what you think. It is not finished yet and I am a begining skinner but any suggestions are welcome. I do not use Radio, TV or XM so I left those out but can later added.

Credits go to Zots, LS, Dinasty and whoever's else' work I looked and borrowed from. Full credits will be in the final skin.

Main menu (The "Mustang PC" can be changed to whatever you like):

Audio Player ("-Track" you can delete one track without going to the browser):

Audio Browser: ("Add" only adds one track at a time to make a better playlist from multiple directories)

Video: (The LCD is one big hidden button to Zoom)

OK.

1. It's just another variation of Febs Brushed metal (getting old hat now)

2. Exit menu does not match. (why not change the theme to be more like that, ie use those buttons, and change the brushed alu to somthing to match0 (unless you've nicked those buttons from another skin)

3. Carefule with the LCD fonts, unless you get the right sizes you get that problem like you have in the Skins browser screen.

4. Not sure about those g's on the menu screen for GPS and Games.

Positives, you been brave enough to have ago.

BTW this is just my opinion/observations which probably don't count for much.

Thanks for the feedback. I have a classic Mustang which will have brushed aluminum inserts. That's why I went with this skin.

The exit menu is from the Mazda6 skin which I modded. Since I already had it, I used it. But agree. I also agree on the Skin Browser. I will make that font the same as the audio browser. As for the G's that is how the font I used makes them. I wanted a clear Helvitica font but only found a coolvitica font which was free.

is probably 99% true...

I think that ppl should be including OBD, PhoCo, and Rev Cam. on main menu's

And now they seem to be getting more advanced with flash and such, why can't certain buttons (GPS Screen in particular) be made to apear on a screen click rather than always being visible and have the main info of the screen filling the screen. Have things like Freedrive/Destinator direction prompts popping over any window ie. audio player. As I see it now these prompts only appear when you have Freedrive as active window

How about split screen where Map is always visible. Split vertically!
