I've been using this skin for over two months now and have just recently been experiencing a problem with it an iGuidance. I noticed another person posted under RR bugs with an identical problem and it was suggested that the skin was causing it.
Whenever I try to load iguidance in full screen nothing happens. But if I push any button (zoom, destination, menu, etc.) it becomes nonresponsive. Like I said earlier, I've been using this skin for over two months and this is the first time I've had this problem.
Anybody have any ideas?
I just downloaded the Blue 800x600 skin and it's awesome. Nice job!
The one thing I really don't like is how iGuidance looks with skinbedder and/or Igmod reloaded. The big buttons on the map area use up to much real estate.
What I think would be a better implementation would be one of two ways:
1) Replace the CF Skin's left menu (Menu, Music, Video, GPS, Apps, Phone) with iGuidance Menu buttons when viewing the Nav screens. That way we would have nice, large, menu buttons for iGuidance without giving up screen space for the maps and for the "guidance" menus.
2) Add an iGuidance menu button to the bottom CF skin menu. This button when pushed would expand into additional menu selections for iGuidance.
Are either of these actually possible to implement?

read the first post in this thread, it will show you how to fix full screen iguidance.Originally Posted by renegade4box
possible, but why not try running igmod in fullscreen mode? (see above post)Originally Posted by DaveB
Thanks for the suggestion. I do have full screen iguidance working. I like the idea of the larger touchscreen buttons but I don't want them located on top of the map where it interfers with navigation. Since there is already real estate being taken up by the front end I think that would be the place to move those buttons to.

Would that affect the lock ups whenever I try to zoom or open a menu?Originally Posted by tasteItheIvalue
Hi!
The DVD playing is still jerky in the RR built-in player. The CPU usage is 65-85%, but sometimes the player drops frames. With PowerDVD the CPU usage is 100 %, and it drops the frames very hard.
I'm very embittered, because I can't fix this problem.(((
Another question:
The new RR has a new function. If I scroll my finger on the screen, I can choose the next track of my musics, and during the screen visualize red circles. How can I off this function? It doesn't work normally, and it can be very tiresome.
Thanks ;-)
In RR.ini add this line.
usegestures=false
and the red dots are gone.
