Well, I figured out why my album art doesn't show in "album art " mode while it was working fine on the audio player and main menu skin.

My path to music is: c:\...\my Music

My tracks would be in: c:\...\My Music\"artist"\"album"\"tracks"

so although "album art" mode will display the album folder names it will not look into the subfolder for the .jpg.

The way I see it my only choices are change my directory structure to c:\...\My Music\"albums"; or to copy an album .jpg from an album folder to the artist folder - so an album cover would be displayed with the artist.

I don't really like either of these choices so any thoughts or other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Also, when in "album art" mode there isn't a directory lock to keep me from going above my music folder as Guino added to audio browser.

1. have you reported these in the freedrive forum?

2. CDR does FreeDrive, so he has more control.

I've just re installed my carputer... now I'm only using this skin! It rocks!

I have a suggestion for making room for more button -> use the mediacar logo as the "menu" button.

Keep up the good work! Can't wait for a 3.0 version

using the logo as a button is a good idea.. it would mean re-doing all my skins, but I will keep it inmind if I need to do any changes

Good idea - I'm using one half in my skin for CD rip and the other for something - but its late and my heads in a shed so I cant rember - but I am honest.
