Just install the latest version of flash as the flash.zip doesn't have the latest version to get the speedo work.

Also - The freedrive EXE that is in the skin zip file ( and this is to CDR ) is newer or older that 0.9b ?
I want to add the speedo like you have on your screen shot but I'm not getting any where.

Get the same prob - flash8.ocx Crashes after a about 5 mins... even sooner with FD running in MC 2.

Yeh but was in the middle of the road at the time with the family. I'm going to try a thery out.. I've got the proper MSI installer for flash here frojm one of Gunios posts... its twice as big ( about 1.57 mb I think) .
Now - I installed via the link on the first post over the net ( 700+ KB ) so I wonder whats different.

JFI - I've just tried the update and I think I got rid of the flash8.oxc issue but the error refers when in FD refers to rr.exe - I could not get the text file as it totaly hung but when I rebooted it did not do it.
Will try tonight and report back.

OK - Answer - the Full flash install fixes the problem so the Internet link on page 1 must only install some of the client. As soon as I can get the uploader working I'll post a link but its probably worth sticking on FD.co.uk or some thing.
The only other prob I still have is that I cant get the speedo to show. GPS is running ( but possibly slow connecting as its BT ) and I have free drive hidden working... but when I have the main screen and touch it ( which I think is correct ) it just shows the normal pic.
Lastly - heres a thought.... came from test drive and what Enforcer was requesting.
Where the volume bar display is if you where on the main screen you could get that bar to flash three times when a camera is detected and then as your getting closer the bar could build up from green to red.... once past it then could reset to the normal volume bar ... what do you think ? ( PS all this with Audio Warnings and the data from FD )

volume bar thingy sounds good but maybe a bigger chunkier bar at bottom for easy viewing, something you can see easily and quickly, without much effort, if you know what i mean, rather than having to focus on something smaller in the top left corner, then it could be applied to any page maybe.

Can't get the speedo to work... GPS defintly running, FD Hidden / Freedrive running, sdk.ini has the correct entries, tap the screen and nothing....
Am I missing some thing here ?

i had same prom with new version you need to make sure that fdspeed=Roadrunner in the ini also for heading you need to add fdheaddeg=Roadrunner.
