for the in call pop ups, copy all the files from LSX that start with "call_". There is a mixture of file types.
you should end up with 2 .skin files and image files .jpg,bmp,and gif

thats should be all you need.

Smoke.. Another question. I'm trying to add a button for the new skinbedder with GooPs.. A create a button, assign it a command of "GOOPS", I then go into the ExecTBL.ini file and create an entry such as:

"GOOPS","LOAD;EXTERNAL_GPS_FS2.skin;RUN;LSTOOLS\sk inbedder\SKINbedder.exe;SKINbedder||RUN;LSTOOLS\SC RIPTS\EXIT_FS.exe"

This is basically the same exact command you have for full screen gps except I changed the path where these files reside. When I click the button it takes one of my open windows and sizes it like it is in skinbedder but skinbedder doesn't launch.. Any ideas what I have wrong?

I have two questions, hopefully they haven't been answered. I have read every post in this thread.

First, I cannot get any visualizations to work. I tried all three bullets in rrconfig. And I know the viz button is the upper right "equalizer" button.

Second, on the second menu screen, the one where you can click exit, I cannot find how to change the VW logo. I sucessfully changed the first menu where the music button is, to the Mazda/clock logo.

So far it looks sweet on my new Gain screen!!

You guys that make these skins are genius!!

only way the vis wouldnt work is if you havent configured which one you want to use. when you click the vis button, what happenes? nothing? if so, run winamp alone and choose a vis.

the logo on both screens uses the same file, so... depending on how you changed the first one (you should of just overwritten the file it was pointed to) it will update both of them. How did you change the first one? did you rename any of the files?

by any chance is the window its grabing have skinbedder in the title bar?
Is there a new (recently new) skinbedder?

Thanks for the help on the logo. I re installed the LSX pack, and simply overwrited the clock with the clock I want.

I uninstalled winamp, and reinstalled the latest version, 5.2. My setting for visualization in RR is I have the "AVS Window" button selected. I found a visualization on winamp that is nice. When I click on the vis button on the music screen (upper right corner button), the visualization pops up in the middle of the skin. It isn't located in the perfect black box to the left of the songs. How do I move it to there?

Also outside of the RR faq on GPS embedding, could you point me to where some info is on iGuidance and your skin.

im not quite sure what the problem is, but there IS an issue with the latest version of winamp. I also noticed the vis is not embeding properly with the 5.2 version. I have both 5.1 and 5.2 installed on my machine and only the 5.2 has this issue. I would suggest going back a version as this seems to be the only option as of now.

im not really sure what you information your looking for, as far as iG and my skin go, can u be more specific and i can answer the questions.

PSD file for the Main Menu and Options Menu now available.
more screens will follow shortly, ill try to upload a few sections at a time as i seperate them out from the master psd file thats just too big and too messy to upload, and if you dont have some serious ram you wouldnt be able to work on it either (you need 2GB to work comfy) as i tend to make a lot of layers to try out things and dont delete them aftewards. So i have to go through a cleaning process to throw away crap thats not used or needed first. So thats why there will be multiple psd files for the skin, instead of just one file with everything. Plus its easier to work on one section at a time.

if you are NOT going to actually do anything with the psd file, please dont download it just to look at it. To save bandwidth, remember this is not MY sever.
