SKIN Downloading Database!! READ!

I know I'm not the only one who hates seeing a very nice SKIN only to find a dead link for downloading it. I'm willing to help with this situation and host the Skins.

What do you guys think about having a site dedicated to RR Skins? I am willing to host all RR skins so we can have a central place for getting skins. If you guys are interested let me know. We should be able to set something up fairly quickly.

Once your skin has been uploaded you can post your link here for people to download them.

There is an rr domain if any use currently pointing to a server but not in use as there hasn't been an rr release since it was sorted. I can open up anonymous uploading if you like and give you full access to rearrange the skins on the FTP, let me know if any use.

We're working on a system over at mobile-effects.com for hosting skins for all frontends. We're working on organizing them and making it easy to view/select the one you want.

There's so many skins and themes out there that never get used because they're buried. Great idea - we may need a hand with getting everything set up.

set up a portal (ie phpnuke) very easy setup and easy to maintain.

If there is going to be a web site there should be a way to upload skins to the site.

I think all of you should get together (virtually

) and agree on a method and combine your efforts. Not only do you need to set this thing up you also need to maintain it so all skins are updated accordingly. This is the problem now; we get a sticky but none of the links work. So instead of having 3 or 4 sites trying to accomplish the same goal, combine your efforts so at the end we can get something that is useable and maintainable.
