Hi to all,

This skin (I rather call it a flash interface) looks amazing and give me a lot of ideas. Too bad there isn't any activity on this thread from Dinasty since a while.

Though it's useless to post without adding some value to the topic. So let's do bussiness. I would like to resurrect and complete this project. For all the guy's here, who are asking themselves (who the *** is this?). Just an simple member that came by this thread. As far as graphical- and coding skills, im just a newbie but with some help of you guys we can get it to work as it should.

So if there might be a change, send me a copy of the files.

i'm not touching it til i get in contact with dynasty.. his personal site is offline n all so he might not be back for awhile.

The source files were never released for this which is why it was never finished by anyone. I think the best bet now is to just start over with a clone since this skin is outdated and does not work with current flash players. I was thinking of resurecting this design but not out of flash instead using the new transparent feature of RR with png files.

the sources arent the issue.. i have the sources.. i want his permission.

He gave his permission multiple times if you read back over the old posts. Where did you get ahold of the source files?? Everyone who requested the files ended up with a dry inbox. Or do you have the files you recreated to learn the flash and are considering using those for a release?

Din is still around, his last activity here was 10 days ago.

we were collaborating on a skin awhile back and he gave me access to his ftp so i could learn some of the concepts from flashdeck. I'm gonna shoot him another pm real quick

well, seeing as i designed part of my skin from dinasty's flashdeck look, i thought id share.

posted that a little while ago on my quest for a windows vista skin. the drop down button at the top is what i made from dinasty's look. i have the source and everything (actually i ahve started the movie screen as well) and i would love to share it with anyone who asks. i tested that skin on my carputer and it ran really slow, so i havent updated it since. if anyone wants to add onto it or knows how to make it faster, lemme know and ill be glad to share.

if not, dinasty did leave us with a pretty nice start to a skin, so best of luck to anyone who attempts to finish it.

not promising any release soon but i was lookin at the overall layout and wanted to have the ability (as an option) to add more color. What do you think? The actual colored elements will be changable to whichever color you want to use. There also will be a night version of the color that will automatically be applied at a preset time OR by your local sunrise/sunset times. Lemme know what you think.
