Another n00b's first skin
This is an attempt at creating a skin from scratch for my Drop Top '98 Mustang Cobra . I'm going from the ground up so all comments, questions and suggestions are welcome. Let me know whatcha think. Thanks :-) This is for my own personal use, but if you want the files... keep on reading ;-)
I moved all screenshots from the different posts to this one. So far most screens are done. Left to do is OSK, xm, cam, and embedding a few additional programs. If you'd like to take a look at the ones I modified, I have jpgs/psds in folders at this location: CobraSkins. Skins start at "CobraSkin_01" up to "CobraSkin_06" the later being the newest.

looks 100 times better with the brushed aluminium type type effect, and the cobra looks much nicer smaller in size. Not sure i like the font or the progress control buttons atms

it really depends what you're creating the skin for. if its for your own personal use and you like the progress control and bevelling on the buttons then leave them but if you want to release it publicly and get people using it then your going have to take on board their comments and alter it. My latest skin ive not shown to anybody as I made it for me so as long as I like the look of it thats all that matters. imo anyways
Thank you all for your inputit is appreciated. Right now I'm just creating the skin for my personal use, but since it is a first, I did want to see what everyone thought about it, but... if someone asks for it, I'll be more than happy to share
