Hi Steve
I have a request - I know the speedo/direction clock in the freedom ultimate skin v0.4 is from you - I am looking at the swf and static text 234 is your site - can you please pretty please recalibate it to 300km/h???? - dont think it should be too hard as it is currently calibrated to 150, so I was thinking of changing just the labels by doubling them and then taking the gps value and dividing it by 2. Thanks, Just had a look at your current kph clock and see calibrations up to 280 - tell me, you knew I was going to ask this right
I have attached the swf file.

Sorry for the delay in replying, don't always get a lot of time to do all that i want
I do still monitor these threads when i can though, so allways happy to help when i can.
Colours are very easy to change by the end user. As you rightly say all you need to do is ammend the clockcolours.txt file.
A typical example of this file is:
&transparent=OFF& // Sets whether clock face transparency is either ON or OFF
// ON OFF setting MUST be in Caps
&pulsecolour=FF0000& // Red
&clocktextcolour=FF0000& // Red
&clockdashescolour=FFFFFF& // White
&clockpaneltextcolour=FFFF00& // Yellow
&clockpanelbackcolour=00FF00& // Green
&speedocolour=FFFF00& // Yellow
&speedopanel=FFFFFF& // White
&speedopaneltext=00FF00& // Green
&compasscolourN=FFFF00& // Yellow
&compasscolour=FF0000& // Red
&compasspanel=FFFF00& // Yellow
&compasspaneltext=00FF00& // Green
&clockfacecolour=000000& // Black
&clockfacefade=FFFFFF& // White
// The Above enteries relate to the clock face background colours.
// The White is the colour in which the main colour (black) fades too.
// Make both the values the same, so the background of the clock is a solid colour.
So, all you need to do is find the HTML hex value of the colour you require and ammend the correct property, ie 'clockfacecolour', to what you want it to be.
Let me know if you have any issues and i'll see what i can do to help.

Has anyone got the GPSSPD, GPSSATS etc labels working???
my skin has the appropriate labels as per the instructions:
L,0,0,20,20,0,0,0,,"Arial","GPSSPD","LEFT"
L,30,0,20,20,0,0,0,,"Arial","GPSHDG","LEFT"
L,60,0,20,20,0,0,0,,"Arial","GPSSATS","LEFT"
L,90,0,20,20,0,0,0,,"Arial","GPSLAT","LEFT"
L,120,0,20,20,0,0,0,,"Arial","GPSLONG","LEFT"
I have tried RoadRunner set to connect directly to my BU353, and also to a virtual port using GPSgate. Destinator works on all these ports...
RR Dec 07 release.
Please help!
Try the lines without the
"LEFT"
make it just
""
I found the problem thanks to a post in another thread from Griffi!
in the instructions PDF here:
http://www.wrx-carpc.co.uk/downloads...%20Modules.pdf
It tells you to insert a label called "GPSSATS"
The correct label is "GPSSAT"
My labels now read:
L,0,0,20,20,0,0,0,,"Arial","GPSSPD","LEFT"
L,30,0,20,20,0,0,0,,"Arial","GPSHDG","LEFT"
L,60,0,20,20,0,0,0,,"Arial","GPSSAT","LEFT"
This error should be fixed in the instructions as it just cost me about an hour!!
Thanks for the clocks Tissy - they really finish simplistique off
Got some pix of your setup soundoff?
