Paul, the idea behind the compass is to make it easier to view your current heading so that you may turn N.S.E.W based on that information. I actually found it harder to make turns when looking at the needle style compass because i had to decipher the current heading in order to know which way to turn... It's all personal opinion here of course.

I'm glad you noticed the finer increments. Basically it is using a smoothing function that I wrote up that makes it approach the reading instead of "jumping" to the current heading.

CdRsKuLL - I've sent you an email. If requests can be held for the time being, we will see if we can create version that has a kind of .ini set-up file. That way there will be a generic .SWF file, where people can create they're own colour schemes.

DiNASTY has done a lot of work on these to enhance there scrolling and smoothing capabilites. So a lot of thanks go to him !!

Yes. Exactly as the standard ford oval.
Sorry, don't know the RGB. If I find a pic will that do ?

hpric - Are you saying you would like flash to just contain the Speedo and Compass, thereby dropping the logo and clock all together ?

A few people have raised a couple of issues with the clocks, which is great. Without your feedback they would have gone unnoticed.

The main issues were:

• Compass was 180 degrees out (ooppps !!)
• Excessive CPU load.

I have therefore hopefully fixed these issues and released a 'Road Runner Test Version' on my site.

Although i appriciate that the colours used may not suit your skin, but this release is to ONLY test functionality. Therefore would those that have raised issue mind testing this version to see if they have been resolved. If so, i will then correct the ones already posted on the site. Any other feedback is welcomed.

xs10x - Your Clock has been updated as requested. Did you want to also remove the HRC3 logo from the front also, I wasn't sure, so left it for now.

Yes please remove. Give others a chance to use this same clock,speedo and compass with their blue alpine skin.
