I had a look but could not see an english version, did a google but could only find a german version. do you know of an english version.

CDR, Tissy or DiNASTY, can probably make you a speedo in flash to place in RR if you just want that. the new logos by tissy come with it already.

No, never heard of an english version. And to be honest, showgps is a bit bugy. I used it for couple of days but had to uninstall it at he end.

There have to be other apps like that out there that show useful GPS info that we could skin into our front-ends.. Does anyone know of any that are reliable? Of course, having cool visual displays of the GPS info would be nice, such as satellite locations and strengths, etc...

THX dbassix and yes, ShowGPS is a little bit bugy. ShowGPS have two languages files (Standart.lng and German.lng), translate the content and you have a english version.
