New Corvette skin soon

An earlier version of this skin was released, a while back, for the Centrafuse frontend. Since I'm not all that impressed with the direction in which Centrafuse is headed, I've decided to play around with RR.

This skin was originally based on work done by Proximo, however, I feel it is different enough (now) to hold a bit of distinction apart from his excellent (inspiring) work.

The skin, when released, will contain the PSD so any car logo can be easily pasted in place of the Corvette logos (it already contains logos for a Nissan 350Z as this is what my brother drives).

Look for the skin (hopefully) in a couple of weeks.

This skin would be a great addition to roadrunner skins. I like the fact that it has the usability of the cf style skin yet a bit more professional look to it. I'll be on the lookout for this skin....

Ahhhh...a Corvette man!! A Z06 at that! I almost bought a Z06, however, 50 more HP wasn't enough to make me give up the feeling of flight I get when the top is off.

The skin is about 70% done. I've been slowed a bit as I threw my back out a few days ago. I'm in a considerable amount of pain, therefore, I haven't felt like doing anything but lay around. I'll get back to it soon and hopefully make the self-imposed deadline (June 12). Keep an eye out for it.

how odd.... of all the things to do... I am typing this as I lay here with my back on the fritz.. first time in my life. Go figure it happened while working on my Vette! (ARGH)

Those are freaking sweet, can't wait to get it setup in my Z. Do you have any pics of your install? Dash?

Actually, at present, I use a PDA based system (too damn tired to find the link where I previously posted pictures). This will be replaced with a UMPC (probably the Samsung Q1). I'm just waiting for the price to come down a little.

Keep in mind (since I'm keeping my stock radio) there will not be any radio menus (FM, satellite, etc.). I will be including the PSD, therefore, adding this functionality should be relatively painless.

Count me in, Looks great. I'm a neewby to this but I'm learning. Can you add Bluetooth?

Does anyone do like a 100% full function system where they can set it all up and mail it to me, i give its power, put a screen in and everything work?
