Thread: What Screens Should A Skin Have??

well i would think skin configuration would be in the basic catagory.
Overall i think the screen u should include should be the ones you want to use personally first, then if your gonna do extra screens for everyone else start with the BMV2 skin and replace all the screens in there. No matter what you do though, you're still gonna have people ask for more screens.

Thats why I want to make this list so anyone can list whatever screen there heart desires and someone new like me can check it to get an idea of where to start.

Keeping with your layout

Under the basic add GPS , I think most use the external GPS screens.
The thing I like about CFX is the indicators on the main menu especially for the GPS and Online.

Under the advanced;
Phoco, even though this program is in doubt, it's still our best hope for now.
Internet
Weather
Video
XM, etc.

When you get further along, I would really like to try this Skin!!
It comes close to matching my vehicle..

Updated first post thanks for the input guys. I am leaving skin configuration on the advanced list cause if the skin is "basic" it should need no configuration

@wfs1 There is a beta for download v0.8 just check my sig all the normal screens are included it is just some of them are CFX screens. I am doing a major rework of the menu for the skin I didn't like the idea of going to the menu screen just to go some were else so I have come up with a popup menu solution and eliminated the menu screen all together.
