About 70% done. Need to finish some more skins.

Very interested in what the video section is looking like. ... ^_^

Well, I don't intent to implement a web browser into the skin, so no need for /\. It is actually for browsing you library. Unless I have some more time besides working 60h a week and family life I will maybe include a second OSK with the SHIFT option to include all characters.Originally Posted by 0okami
But you're sticking to this, why that question?
THE FRONTEND:
One of the hardest parts of this project has got to be deciding which front end to go with (and stick with)! The choices are multiple. I have only tried two at the moment; roadrunner and MobileImpact. I decided on using MobileImpact v3 as my Front End. MobileImpact in my opinion is very well organized. It simply works. It's constantly being updated with new features. The skins are quite pleasing and not cluttered. Take a look at these screenshots. Read more about this very nice frontend at the mp3car.com forums: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/mobile-impact/
I think RR is updated more often than MobileImpact.
MGD, people already show great interest in what you are doing... focus on what is important to you, let the users fill in the gaps they deem important... if you make a skin to cover everyone's wishes you'll need to get divorced and quit your job... definitely not practical...
you are talented and I for one will immediately begin using what you are creating... I also will handle all hosting for you (if needed), I have 1.6TB of monthly transfer, and I am using less than 1% currently... so let me know how I can help you...

I have no intention to stop and willing to share what I am doing, but as you know, everybody has different needs or wants for his or her carPC. I for once don't use the Internet in my car other than update the weather and traffic info, but if somone want a browser skin to implement then I will do it as long as time lets it. As of now I have just the basics covered like radio. mp3's, video, DVD's, Phone, Weather, Traffic, Car Care, Note Pad, Address Book and GPS. (who, lots of basics) but I will do my best to help everybody, just hang tite.
Thanks for the offer, may be will come in handy.
