im not sure where wirewrx is on this (our legal friend ) but AFAIK the actual author and creator of the skins EBomB said to simply "Give It Away..." so I would think its fine to give it away

I think it's hot but the silver buttons should be colourful. Just a personal thing.

.. o btw RAD is ok, but you aint seen the new one :-) With every skin I do I learn more with flash and can do things quicker and progress further. Just finished the radio skin and nearly finished the osk..

u really should release it skully. RR has consistantly been the most robust car pc package but the one thing missing has been advanced skinning. until recently, mostly thanks to you, skins have been flat and not upto the visual calliber of centrafuse or streetdeck.

david has taken far to long to release centrafuse, and after a year and a half of asking he still hasn't figured out XM.....guino banged it out perfectly and moved on to adding even greater functions.

the real draw to the centrafuse skin is the drop down menu functionality, this makes a world of difference in screen navigation. I implemented something similar in SilverSurfer, and in he skin that I'm using and haven't had a chance to upload yet.
I hope this function is duplicated in your new skin because if you think about it, most of the time you want to lok at your navigation screen. so, u should maximize your nav window and at the same time be able to control your music / radio source and see album art/song info.

the only way to really accomplish this is with a menu button that drops down a list or list of icons to navigate to other screens; as it does in centrafuse. I find with this setup I never go to the main menu screen cause I can get to everything from my gps screen.

so, please release it, hell, call it FLUXMEDIAMISSEDTHEIRCHANCE. and if you could, take a look at some cues from streetdeck as well

Still progressing more on this, I have done a temp gps / gps full screens, this just embeds the gps with no other functions.. I have also made the left 5 buttons changable from a .txt file, so if you dont have gps or a phone, then you dont need to waste the button.. also changed these on the audio / video screens etc..

Will move onto the dvd next, need to do the settings screen / games and web + lots more.. lol yet

o.. and as for donations for skinning.. no thanks, I dont do this for payment, if you want to donate to FD then thats different, but I would prefer you to stick some pennys in a local charity to yourself.

If your worried about stepping on toes, couldn't you just ask David what he thinks since it's his toes?

just adding a changable logo.. can be a jpg / gif / bmp or png :-)

just done main and audio for testing with it now as I have to redo some code so it works when exporting as a flash 8 file.
