First off, Nice work CDR!!!! Its looking DEAD SEXY!!!

I like how we're going to be able to change the buttons etc. eg i'm not going to use radio, XM (dont have it over here

)

Now the question i have is, i'm building a relay controller and i want to know what i should get the software written in so i can drop it in as an ext. app? Not doing myself as i completely suck at programming (thats what mates are for... lol) . Give me hardware any day...

Hi Kym.. the text and icons on the main buttons and on the side buttons (like on the audio screen) are changable from a simple text file..

&mainbut1=Audio@icons\audio.png@AUDIO&
&mainbut2=Video@icons\video.png@VIDEO&
&mainbut3=Radio@icons\radio.png@RADIO&
&mainbut4=Dvd@icons\dvd.png@LOAD;windvd_player.ski n& ......

the syntax is.. &mainbut1=TEXT@ICON@COMMAND&

and the side buttons are similar

&sidebut1=Audio@AUDIO&
&sidebut2=Video@VIDEO&
&sidebut3=Radio@RADIO&......

everything that you can change sits in this one txt file. As for what to write this relay controller program in, it can be in anything, just embed the final .exe into roadrunner and use one of the supplied blank skins which I will be including with the release.

just one thing i noticed in the video's
when u press the volume the slider comes up on the screen..
but.. for me i will be using skippy76's gps speed add'in and using the cars oem radio for volume..

does this mean when ever RR is adjusting the volume automaticly with my cars speed that slider will pop up?

Hi m8.. it did do, but I was having problems with it lagging on some screens.. ie.. adjust the volume on audio from 50 to 70.. flick back to the main and it would then update again from 50 to 70 as it kept its variable on 50.. SO its has now been changed to only update when the buttons pressed, which should suit you fine :-)

No screenshots of phone control as yet as I dont have it and havent started skinnning it yet. I need to see how it all works with RR and see what I thinks best. I will be leaving it out of this release on wednesday until I'm happy with how it works. Also I havent heard back from zorro yet with my new serial.

I can't wait for this skin! I've loved your other ones but it sounds like you're gonna blow those out of the water!

I just got an Epia board, and it runs your other skins kinda of slow. But whe I saw that you were coming out with this one, I went ahead and ordered a cheap graphics card so it would all work nice!!

I saw a couple people ask, but I didn't see it ever get answered. Is it going to be possible to have the day skin look something like CF Day Skin ?

Everyone seems to be making their skins darker and darker, with black backgrounds and black buttons which is all good if I just drove at night 100% of the time, but I can't see any of these skins during the day. I tried using LSX Void, great skin at night...not so good during the day.
