Nice idea.

Is 15 seconds too long? I would have thought 3-5 would be enough perhaps.
Does the info screen fade in/out? (ie: flash based)

i put it at 15 just because it gives me time to use my rate or transfer buttons. How long its displayed is completely up to the exectbl.ini setting. It fades in and out but not because its flash, only because of the EFFECT setting in rr

i can share it no prob. Just know that the info button isnt apart of the main.swf freedom uses, its a transparent button on top of the gamma button (that i dont use). Also, the ratings stars only work with a script i wrote as a part of my ratings plugin. That part can be removed just by modifying the images and removing the label. I should also note that this script uses TMR and POS settings.. so if you use skineditor know that those settings will be erased each time you save

Is it possible to have a button on the AUDIO screen that turns "Gap Killer" On/Off?

I have a lot of electro CDs that are one session of music spread over a few tracks and the 'loading pause' gap really ruins them.

Ive found 2 ways to fix this:

1) Put a tick in "Remove Silence at beginning/end of Track" feature (set at -24dB) under the 'OTHER' tab in DirectSound [out_ds.dll]. This fix gives pretty good results so far.

2)Use a 'gap killer' output plugin (eg: out_nogap.dll or out_cw.dll). These also give excellent results so far.


The only problem with this is that when I listen to classical/rock/Hiphop/etc the gap killer process ruins any track where there is a legitimate point of silence by cutting to the next track immediately

Is it possible to have a button (toggle) which selects between two different output DLLs on the fly? [IE: default is out_ds.dll and Gapkiller ON is out_nogap.dll]
Having a button for this feature would help fix this problem and greatly benefit the electro listening community - because its impossible to change on the fly in the car.

I'm sooo happy with your skin now, yesterday i upgraded my install to a AMD Sempron 3000+ (with AsRock dual VGA mainboard), en it runs sweet!

2 thingy's: The colors are a bit dark. Perfect for night skin, but for day i like happy colors Like in Proximo's CF skin. I know nothing about flash, so i don't know if it's 'easy' for you to make more color theme's.

I will use the skin anyway, but it would be a nice feature if i could select color schemes from the menu or so.

2nd, is it possible to change the roudrunner text in the main menu and splash screen? I like to personalise the skin with car-brand and stuff.

Um the reason the scroll isnt there is because it cant be made to scroll lol

That 'text scroll' is for the LCD output I believe.
