Just wondering how many people like me, when there fed up and cant be bothered doing much.. do you open photoshop and draw a quick skin ? I have completely lost count how many menus ' audio screens etc I draw out.. just wondering if anyone else is the same ?
I have tons of unfinished stuff..
Now I like that...
Don't give him another project!!! lol, there are twenty on the go as it is ;-)
Nope, I'm hopeless with photoshop, which poses its own problems.
But if you ever feel the need again to start playing with it again, let me
know : I need several changes and additions to the skin I'm using.
Is there some quick tutorial on creating objects with photoshop. I can do simple things like change colors but creating a new shape (button for example) alludes me. I dont have the desire to become a photoshop expert but the basics would be nice.
Well I started one ages ago for media car but never got anywhere with it.
I think I am much better at taking on other peoples starts and then running with it. As long as there is not too much graphical creativity needed.
However I think I am the same with VB prgrams and projects. I have so many I have started, got the bare bones working and then slow down on when it comes to polish them up to release.
I have to say I am just about the exact opposite. If I start a project in Photo shop, I feel compelled to finish it off. Therefore, I do my best trying not to get the urge to open Photo shop and just start doodling away
exact the same with me cdr, got a nice idea in my head and starts to make the photoshop mockup then after some hours of work, it just dosent seem right... lol... lost inspiration... mine are probably not as nice as yours though... hehe... maybe you can post some of yours for inspiration or maybe for someone to finish...??
There are so many talented artists here - of which 1 of them I am not. However, from killer training and examples I am skinning heavy now and would be lost without some of the skills here.
Would it be fair to ask for those unfinished projects, art pieces, buttons, placed in some store or url... For me I find myself using pieces from so many of the fine works and love to have a catalog of items to choose from.
Just a thought as what is likely scraps to many of you - are valuable pieces to somebody like me.
Just saying thanks and will take any and all table scraps...
