First off I don't think a pc in a rv is very special. It’s not hard to integrated one into a rv when compared to a car. So this is my not so special Rv setup.

Shuttle PC- mod case two 120 fans (aka Princess Leia Organa)
Logitech X-540 5.1 surround sound
Cordless Desktop MX
MX 1000 Laser Cordless Mouse
ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 9800 Pro
ATI Remote Wonder
Linksys - Ultra RangePlus Dual-Band Wireless-N USB 2.0 Adapter
Plus phone as modem

2 hdd: one 40hdd (os only), one 500hdd (movies and music only)
OS: XP
2gb mem

before anyone said anything, I know about heating issuses. I have told the owner of the rv they need ventilation but do to possible resale, NO ventilation. thats way theres that big fan plus two 120 fans mounted to the case to help move the hot air around. but to be honest its not as hot as you would think but... still I think there needs to be ventilation.

with the pillows on the bed you can't see the wires at all.

on the knob it has a "matrix" button. it simulate any 2 channel signal into a almost multi channel 5.1.

The lcd is the main tv in the Master bedroom. I'm pushing for them to go with a projector and screen. the tube tv is in the main living space/room. It will have a IOGear Wireless Audio / Video Kit.
