Yes, it doesn't like the space. The old DOS path should have worked but you have to make sure it is correct (for example if you ever installed USA first then the europe install would be ~2 not ~1).
Anyway, none of this matters because you need to run it with the -nowarning flag and you can't do that via Sb. This is why my SKIN does not run iGuidance at all. Instead it runs Run-iG.exe (an AutoIt script) which is in the skin folder.
1) Restore the ini file so it runs Run-iG.exe as it did before.
2) Instead of editing the ini file, edit "Run-iG.au3".
3) Install AutoIt, then right click the .au3 and click compile to make it into an .exe.

Try downloading it again. If you have the V3-P2 of SKINbedder.exe then the TYPE() command works. The SEND() command still works too though (but the type command does it a new "better" way needed for Google Earth compatibility). The Google Earth skin that comes in the RAR with SbV3-P2 uses the TYPE() command.
