Thread: canbus for toyota hilux SR5 2.7 vvti 2008

Hello guys,

I wonder if you can you help me with my problem.

I can’t locate the CANBUS wiring for my Toyota hilux SR5 pick up 2.7 vvti model 2008.
i'm looking for canbus high and canbus low.

according to some resources on the internet, CANBUS is usually connected to the OBDII connector pins (6 & 14) or (3 & 11) or (1 & 8).

but the pins connected in the Hilux OBDII connector were:

4 (green)
5 (brown)
7 (red yellow)
9 (black white)
11 (black yellow)
12 (white)
13 (pink black)
15 (white)
16 (orange)

as you can see, there is no match at all since pins (6,14,3,1,8) are not connected.

can anyone please provide me with information about where to find the CAN LOW/ CAN HIGH wires.?
