    STSLVL confusion

I'm a bit confused on syntax for STSLVL; I've tried every combination of case sensitivity and not, and spaces and not... what'm'I missing? This is a continuous conversation I just had with my OBDLink:

    Code:
    >STI
    STN1100 v2.2.2

    >STSLCS
    CTRL MODE: NATIVE
    PWR_CTRL: LOW PWR = LOW
    UART SLEEP: OFF, 1200 s
    UART WAKE: ON, 0-30000 us
    EXT INPUT: LOW = SLEEP
EXT SLEEP: OFF, LOW FOR 3000 ms
EXT WAKE: ON, HIGH FOR 2000 ms
    VL SLEEP: OFF, <13.00V FOR 600 s
    VL WAKE: OFF, >13.20V FOR 1 s
VCHG WAKE: OFF, 0.20V IN 1000 ms

    >STSLVL ON,ON
    OK

    >STSLCS
    CTRL MODE: NATIVE
    PWR_CTRL: LOW PWR = LOW
    UART SLEEP: OFF, 1200 s
    UART WAKE: ON, 0-30000 us
    EXT INPUT: LOW = SLEEP
EXT SLEEP: OFF, LOW FOR 3000 ms
EXT WAKE: ON, HIGH FOR 2000 ms
    VL SLEEP: OFF, <13.00V FOR 600 s
    VL WAKE: OFF, >13.20V FOR 1 s
VCHG WAKE: OFF, 0.20V IN 1000 ms

    >STSLVL on,on
    OK

    >STSLCS
    CTRL MODE: NATIVE
    PWR_CTRL: LOW PWR = LOW
    UART SLEEP: OFF, 1200 s

I should note that I'm working from this document at time of writing:
    http://www.scantool.net/downloads/79...-powersave.pdf

My OBDLink says "Part Number: 408101", "Hardware Revision: 2.3" and "Mfg. Date 28 April: 2010" on the bottom.

oooh. Oops. Now I gotta wait to go home to try that.

I could swear I'd unplugged and replugged the device but no change had been affected; does it specifically need to be ATZ?

According to the other thread, the changes are permanant between unplugging and replugging, right?

Any reset (ATZ, ATWS, unplug/plug) would work. The settings are saved in non-volatile memory.

    Yup! It's working now

Thank-you! That's perfect. When it goes to sleep, the warmth emenating from by the bluetooth dongle inside just goes away, so it must be powered down
