The brain is at the end of the photosensor and one of the extension cables the store sells. The pc is by the dish. I ran electrical cable out for it.

My actuator failed so it'll be another week...

I must not quite understand. How do I put a jumper in between input of ground and the input between sensor A and sensor B when the pins are all covered up by the sensors?

    Edit:
    I think I got it....

That may be possible, but it'd probably be harder to implement than what I'm doing. Tracking the sun directly also helps me make sure I get the most of the sun no matter if its winter or summer....
  4. Help me track the sun. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

My project involves 3 photosensors that I'm trying to use to track the sun. I have multiple issues. First I'll explain how things are setup. I've attached my config file. It will need changed from...

I actually just ran into this bad boy. A cat5/6 cable would make this simple, but one could also hook up a cheap wireless router that supports client bridge and you'd have a nice reliable wireless...

Fusion Brain and Android + mono

So being able to run the FB software on a droid would be pretty cool. Could the FB software be used with Mono for Android to create an app we could run on our Android phones?

I meant it reads up to just about 3 volts. It does vary depending on how much light it receives. The problem is if I hook my other photosensor up to the same port pointed at the same light source...

    Issue with photo sensor

I just bought a photo sensor from the mp3car store and I'm having some problems with it. Reading raw voltage I can only get it to read right at 3 (I'm assuming volts). Where my other photo sensor...

Thanks I didn't find any 3 pin headers with the wires on them, but I did find the single pins with wires on which will work just fine. They are on their way :). Thanks again.

I was hoping to get one that already had the 3 pin connector already on it. I haven't been able to find them anywhere. Thanks though, I didn't know the relays were that easy to find.
