Nice sleeper. I personally like the wheels. After you lower the ride height, it will look great.
Unfortunately imports cars get easily damaged. My first car was an import mazda 323. I was forever finding little things wrong when I first got it. Just the way things are I suppose.

just ordered the intercooler this morning ;)

mufflers for the full exhaust system will be ordered soon aswell!

went out drag racing last night...

car did alright... got beaten by most other turbo cars, but then, mine is completely stock, and weighed 200 - 400kgs more than theirs! lol

nah, I'm going with performance before appearance...

the $1300 I'm looking to spend on coilovers pays for the intercooler kit, plus the parts for the exhaust...

i consider suspension + handling to be performance as well... what good is the upgraded power mods to your vehicle if the car is bouncing around on the streets... :( bleh. I would definitely recommend going coilovers earlier... what kit are you looking at, the Tein Basics usually run only 700-800... or you can go with the higher ones and run closer to 1300... but for coilovers search for group buys or advertiser specials and you can get some good kits for ~$1000

coilover kits for the Aristo? where?

hmmm, i googled it, apparently HKS makes the HypermaxII, Apex'i makes some, and Tein makes 'em... the only problem is i'm having an issue finding the prices :( are you on any car specific forums? check there

Oh, look for coilover kits for the Lexus GS300, same year as yours or close to it, check the car generation and look for it that way.

looking at about $US1100 for a complete set...

you should pick a fabric you like and replace the bottom rabric (and in turn the rest of the cars fabric) with a trim of your choice. microsuede is hott......
