was trying to do auto boot to XBMC, left it without power for more than 4 hours, booted up, couldn't even go to the clock -adjust screen, can't boot from disk, ionno, they're messed up. One of them is wired for auto-on though, but it's just the harddrive doesn't recognize any default .xbe so it just doesn't turn on. I think they both could be fixed with just a normal xbox harddrive, can't try with mine though would rather not kill a working one w/ 120gb harddrive :p
