Hi Kimota, brought this diagram over to a local store and gotten all the components. Wish me luck that I could get this to work. Once that done, I about 90% complete.

i'm from texas and i'm worried about the heat too. how's it doing when you leave your car out in the sun all day long without the A/C on? does boot up take a longer time?

Boot time seems about the same if its hot or cool.

XMatrix glad to hear your making progres and best of luck. I've considered changing over to a motorized screen but I'm getting sick of the RX8 may be changing over to a G37 coupe soon ^_^.

Bro! How can you get sick of the 8 when you have barely used the car pc for more than a year. Duh! Would have gotten the parts from you directly if you said you selling your 8!

Yes I did PM them but not much of a help even when one of them is here in Singapore! Too bloody himself to help

Hi are you really going to sell your 8?

I've been reading a lot about this install and have decided to try and get it done. I have ordered all parts now.

This is getting scary now, I am going to need all the help I can get to get this up and running. I did not realize all the electrical knowledge involved in your setup.

If you could please help me figure out the wiring to conect the cnx-p2140 to the electrical system of the RX-8, it would be a life saver.
