I like the 10.4 inch model from gooddeals dot com better.
for one its cheaper and the response on the touch scree is much better.

    Hey thanks...appreciate it!

I forgot if I did or not so I just checked and yes, I have a thread on 3si here and a quickie to the 2 seat conversion here and a bunch of other stuff like cup holders, dyeing the rug, new HU, etc. (just do an advanced search on username bambam)

    Thanks again

I really apologize that I can't give the measurements at the moment because my car is stored every winter and the storage garage is an hour away...sorry 'bout that.

I'm almost thinking about going to the 8" model just because of that but as far as monitor quality and picture quality, I love this model...I just want my car to look stock, like it was made for it and it doesn't have that appearance with such a big screen at that angle and the imperfections of my mod around some of the edges.
Is this something you had in mind? It's an 8" widescreen lilliput.

Yeah, that looks very nice. I especially like that there are no buttons showing so I assume you have this monitor auto power on? Questions: do you have a thread about your install? What lilliput model did you use and what auto on sequence worked for you?

    Thanks

I'm not using the auto power, instead I have a small black push button in the coin tray or beside the power plug to turn it on/off. I don't know the model number, but it is the widescreen version of the 8" lilliput.

Nope, don't have a install thread at all sorry.

It's a very nice, oem looking install. Your pictures just convinced me to go with the 8".....maybe. LOL!
That damn 10" screen is so nice and so responsive it's going to be hard to give up.

If I decide to go with the 8", I'll post a thread when I'm done...

    Thanks

Feel free to ship that 10" screen my way when you decide to swap

I do like the look of the 8" a lot and it looks like it has a better viewing angle like you stated.
