in a few words
in the 80's Citroen has came with a prototipe of this car,and the place suitable for building was in romania(precisely somewhere near Craiova city)
and they start the mass production in 1981 with 3 moddels
Club- flat four engine(1129cm³,4speed manual gearbox)
Special- flat 2 angine (652 cm³ , 4 speed manual gearbox{this one is a very short shift gearbox specialy designed for this little engine)
And finaly Club 12TRS(or AXEL12TRS) this one has a flat four engine(1229cm³ , 5speed manual gearbox)
Comparing to other cars made in the 80" this one barely seems to be a carbut now has become a rare car,we have a forum of our own, from time to time we gather in diffrent places in the country

Interesting! I guessed Citroen because of the "cit" in the name. It's neat to see that you're driving a classic.
That site would be easier for me if I had language skills beyond English, a little German, even less Spanish, and a smattering of French and Vietnamese phrases, almost all of which have slipped away with disuse.
I did go to Wikipedia, and found a small amount of information on Oltcits there, plus a few links.

now i'm thinking to mount some air conditioner system(in the summer the temp inside the car comme near 40degree celsius...kinda hot)

Sounds like you need air conditioning; that works out to about 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Whew! I hope the aftermarket air conditioning systems you can get in Romania are better than the ones here in the USA. I've seen a few that were miserable -- in addition to being expensive, they didn't work very well. Can you get a factory system from a somewhat similar vehicle?

If you can provide more detail on what you did to produce your new panel, and perhaps what you plan to do to get the 8-inch screen in there, it would be interesting.

Here's some information that will make your pictures easier to see:
Uploading Pictures to MP3Car.com
It's easy, it's pretty fast, and it keeps your pictures from getting lost or blocked. Size limits are 1524x1524 pixels, and no larger than 2MB, for each image. Click on User CP in the toolbar, and then Upload an Image. You can do multiple images at a time. Once you get them uploaded, go to User CP in the toolbar, and then My Images, and copy the BB Code with URL into your worklog where you want your picture to appear.
I usually work with two browser tabs open so I can go back and forth between the post and the pictures.
I also include text to suggest the reader can enlarge the photo(s):
When I put pictures side-by-side, I leave two spaces between them, and I usually leave an open line above and below the pictures.

amd athlon 2800+ (2.2ghz) processor
512mb ram
60Gb hard drive
combo dvd/cdrw
s3prosavage video adapter with svideo out
no battery,no power adapter... for aprox 50 euro

from the display i've made a nice keyboard

i had to made myself a new inferior dashboard(better say, modify)
and after many sleepless nights,it was done
i have'nt got a vga displayi se on ebay every day,at 100-150$...but the cost to have him shiped here in romania adds another 60-70$,and in europe the prices are very high (starts from 250 euros)...

now i have a 7" display(no touchscreen,yet) and a powermate knob from griffin
i'm surprised that the laptop HDD is working fine, considering the rough roads from romania and the hard suspension my car has
