Thread: 2006 corolla s oem install

For those who curious,

I chopped off the button and a little bit cutting on top of the screen.
The screen is too big for the opening, a lot of cutting need to be done.

update:
I ordered power wire and stuff online, it won't be here until next week.
Can't do anything until it's here.. a little bit of delay

Hi, I have a 2002 Corolla.
All ready have the 2-din metra kit at home, but don't know how to attach my 7" to it.
How did you manage to get it attached after cutting? Glue?

I used jb weld.

And thats strong enough to support it?
Would love to see some more pictures of it.

Got my screen finished too:

I just moved in to a new house, too much thing to do.
not sure when can I continue this project.
Anyway, wow that screen looks exactly like mine. Looks very good!
