today I finished with building my PC - the error I had was fixed with simple rerouting in BIOS from SATA to IDE HD and installation worked just fine

I installed all necessary software and as you may see it works flawlessly

I must compliment touchscreen quality - especially touch response speed and sensitivity

I totaly understand Jack - when I saw the error screen after my initial set up I was ****ed, now everything is just fine

today, in Atlanta, rain was just pouring so I couldnt do as much as I had intended to - however, I did measure/cut some holes on my panel and I did drill into my trunk, that was just about everything

tomorrow another working week starts - at least for me - so untill next weekend I will hold on larger steps

Let me ask, are you staying with IDE, or did you get the sata to work? My case, although larger, cannot fit everything comfortably. The placement of the IDE port on the KINO is not in a good place. It is hard to get the IDE to flex and it takes up alot of space. Sata the cables are thin and I can easily bend them. I ordered IDE to sata adapters.... One goes to the back of the HDD and sits upward, which allows it to fit. For the DVD ROM I had to really do some searching and found one that lays flat, but im scared it may block the processing fan. I might have to cahnge it to a blower style fan, were it blows out air from the side and not the top.

The adapters dont go on the MoBo, but on the drives themselves, except for the long one, it is Bi-Directional, so you can use it on the board or the drive. I want to use IDE, but my case doesnt have romm at all............... Since I ordered the adapters and a whole bunch of other things (antenna adapter for HD radio) I decided to just order the correct fan for the MoBo. I figure if I have to wait a bit, I might as well order what I need.
