    OK, so finally I got to do some fab

    Last night I took out corner carpet out of the car protected it with tape and layed out first layer of fiberglass. Today, I got up and removed it out of the carpet molding and it looks better than i expected. I bought mini fridge that I'm planning to install into this box - purpose of the fridge is dual - it will serve as beverage cooler and more importantly I'm going to run 1' tube from my cooling system straight through top end of the fridge.

    Also, I installed panel that will house all of my components into the top of the trunk - pictures will follow ...

    Well thats great, cant wait to see.... I still have not recieved my IDE to SATA converter..... Also finally got the VGA cable for the 15 inch screen, but it looks crappy, its having weird issues when in VGA mode.... Can wait to see the panel for the PC. Will it be open to the air, or a closed in box?

    Mini fridge box needs open air intake - which I will provide from underneath the car from the inside of the rear bumper via flexible PVC tubing made specifically for the purpose. You can get those in any Automotive parts store.

    The fridge is going to cool your PC?????????????????????????? Is that a good idea? What about condensation? Im kinda glad I dont have a trunk, My PC is in the cabin with me.......... I think maybe you should rethink your setup. It may not need the fridge, unless you bench tested it and it ran very hot. I was going to put 8 fans on my setup, and the guys in the other thread said i was killing it big time, They said all I needed was a total of 2 fans.... So I have one fan on one side of the case blowing air in, one fan on the processor, and one on the GPU since mine gets hot with all the imagery im pushing.... Then I have one last fan all the way on the otherside pushing the air out the case.

    IIRC, he was going to use a liquid cooling system.

    Condensation not an issue......................

    Fridge............................LOL.

    Decent enough idea if it's small and hidden away. However, most dept store "mini fridges" don't lend themselves to steath installs................

    Well I think Nermin is my age, so we all have that pimp my ride mentallity, Once this PC is done and the interior is all finished, you should see what Im going to do to the outside of the truck. Im not into chrome at all, and I have strict color codes that I follow.

    Black = representing darkness, death
    White= representing light, life
    Grey= representing light and darkness
    Red= representing caution and or danger (most animals with red markings are poisonous)
    Sky Blue= representing the sky
    Brown= representing earth

    I even followed these codes when picking out my dogs, lol. Maybe when I finish the PC and interior, I will add another area that will show that being put together since the out side will use PC components, like the removal of my side mirrors, with wide angel cameras taking their places. The rear view mirror is going to be replaced with a 10.2 inch rear view screen that will split the image and show right on right side of the screen and left on left.
