    sounds like a ground issue.....I would check that you have good grounds and that your power wires are not running along side with audio cables...
    a ground loop isolator may help...try those first see what u get.

    Sweet install.
    The only thing I would change is switch the dvd drive to a slot load. There only $65 and give a more OEM feel.
