So i'm almost done with my carPC and i'm really happy with the way it turned out.Here's some pics and specs are:
Abit NF7-S (Nforce2)
1 GB DDR 400 MHz
AMD Athlon 2400+
VGA GeForce 4 Ti4200 (AGP 8X)
400 W Power Supply
300 W inverter with USB power
Pyle 4 channel amp
Sony Xplod sub (this needs to be replaced)
Factory speakers
7" Screen
GPS Navilock
FE:Centrafuse
Slimline Samsung DVD-RW
4 port USB hub

My master switches (left one controll the neons outside the car and the right one turns on the inverter).The neon controll has 3 positions.One is always ON,second is OFF and third is fade in and out when door opens,closes.

Sub box w/ PC installed.Left half is the subwoofer enclosure and the right is where the PC is mounted.I still need to wrap it. The upper half of the box can be unscrewed for service.

And here's the dash view.Had to install a V-meter so i know my bat status.It's temorarily installed here,but it will go in the a-pillar once i get all the other gauges.

What did you use for the custom controls in the center console?
I'm looking for some nice buttons to use in my setup.

buttons are called "anti theft buttons" with LED lights in it.
They're 8$ a piece, i'm gonna post some better pics tomorow.

I am going to get a new Lancer. Did you buy the center console section with the navi cutout in it?

Sorry for not replying to your posts...i've been waaaaaay to busy...
anyways...dash kit is not factory it's made by schorsche (i think it's spelled like that xD)
LCD in the bezel was attached to the dash kit with custom brackets.
PC was mounted in the trunk.
