    2007 WRX, Lilliput 629, ZOTAC 8200, Phenom 9600 QuadCore

UPDATED HARDWARE, NEW CONFIG POST 10
Last night I finished up installing my carputer in my 2007 WRX. To the best of my recollection the specs are:

    Carputer:
    Lilliput 7" 629 Touchscreen
    Zotac GF8200-C-E Mini ITX Motherboard
AMD Phenom 9600 Agena 2.3GHz Quad Core
    Mushkin 2GB x2 DDR2 1066
    Seagate Momentus 7200 320GB SATA
    Maxtor 7200 1Tb SATA
    TRENDnet TU-400E USB Hub
    Rosewill USB 2.0 Wifi Dongle
    AZiO BTD603-132 USB Bluetooth
    Samsung USB Slimdrive
    Auzentech AZT-Forte X-Fi Forte 7.1
    AVerTV Hybrid FM/TV USB Adapter
    Logitech diNovo Mini bluetooth keyboard/mouse
APEX MW-100 Metal Mini-ITX Case (maybe, tried 4 cases so far)
    Opus Solutions 360w DC/DC Converter
DEI HD Radio tuner/ Mitch cable/USB-Serial Converter
    Gosget BU-358 USB GPS
    Streets and Trips 2010
    iNav 2011
    1x Reverse camera w/IR
    1x Front mount camera w/IR
    TV Headliner Antenna
    OBDLink
    2x 25mm fan
    1x 30mm fan
    1x 90mm fan
    1x 120mm fan
    2x Linksys 7db wifi antennas
    Roadrunner w/Digital FX
    Kenwood 4ch KAC-8404
    Rear Speakers: MB Quart DKF113
    Front Speakers: Infinity Reference 6010cs
    2x Kicker 12" L5
    2x Audiobahn A1801t Amps
    Faux Stock Face plate
    Bluetooth Pairing to Samsung I-910
    Win XP Pro
Tripp Lite 375W Power inverter hardwired

Initial test last night was great. Temps are all in check, even after a couple hours of me tuning the audio settings. Sound quality is so much better than the stock cd player, even with the amps. Still figuring out all of roadrunner and optimizing the system.

Pics of computer setup will be uploaded tonight

For some reason this is the only "before" interior shot I have:

HD radio and GPS under gauge pod

I cut off the face of the stock radio and glued back in all of the buttons. I can place the faceplate over the screen and it looks stock.

forgot to get a pic of the computer and power inverter. Coming soon

Awesome! I'm using the same zotac board. Let me know if you have any problems getting it to come out of S3 Sleep Mode. Mine keeps crashing on me, and I'm forced to powerdown or hibernate when I cut it off.

The 9600 is a good choice for a quad core. I had originally planned to use a 9850 (the 125W) but it just ran too hot.

    Have fun!

Thanks to all!. Had some wiring issues (relay freaking out) so I spent about 14 hours last night stripping my interior, and rewiring all of my accessories. What a huge PITA. But at least now I have ample wiring blocks for the future.
Only have cellphone pics for now, but today Im installing my 4ch amp and rear speakers, and will update the pics.

eigenVector: So far I haven't had enough time to play with the sleep. As I was writing my thread I happened to come across yours and was hoping I wouldnt have the same problems. Nice build by the way, looks like you put alot into planning it out. Ill let you know once I get to the Sleep/Hibernate issue.

TBT1988- Thanks. After lots of problems with others, 99.9% of the time order from Newegg.com You might be able to find things a couple bucks cheaper else where, but newegg ships immediately, gives no crap about returns, and you know you will get what you ordered. Right now its $104 with a $10 MIR.

greygizmo- Thanks, Later tonight Ill replace the crappy cellphone pics with some real ones.

Looks good man. You really went wild tearing your car apart. It's not your daily driver I hope. Keep us posted.
I told my psychiatrist that everyone hates me. He said I was being ridiculous - everyone hasn't met me yet .

Re did wiring today and added new amp and rear speakers. Updated the pictures above and removed the old Sounds so much better with everything in. Still waiting on headliner antenna, cameras and that should be it.
BTW, this is my daily driver.
