so, there are some worklog pics. halfway through today, I got tired of meticulously sneaking cables, and i just wanted to see the thing work, so after the mess that you witnessed, IT DID!
I still need to do some more wiring, and a few healthy doses of cable management, but i enjoy all that stuff.

i know it's bad. it was just like this to make sure everything worked and nothing was fried. most of the parts have been sitting for multiple months.
the monitor is not in its final place either.
at this point, the amp wasn't even wired to my car speakers, just to a bookshelf speaker. why? again, just so we could prove it worked.
