If you plan on using the RCA video inputs the picture from the Mac won't be very crisp or clear. You need something with VGA input. What are your plans for the Mac? What do you want to use it for?
In the next few days, I'm going to be getting started on a project that may prove to be a little over my current abilities. However, I feel that with the vast amount of technical knowledge that I've seen available on this site, I may just be able to get this done without too many issues.
I have a 2008 Scion xB that I'm about to install a new JVC KW-NX7000BT head unit into. This unit has a 7" screen with GPS installed in it. I realized that with the available inputs, I could attempt to put my Mac Mini in my car, and began researching how to make this work. I was overly pleased to find this site and see that many had already done this, and surprisingly even with an xB.
I have the previously mentioned head unit
Mac Mini
Bluetooth keyboard
Bluetooth mouse
Carnetix P1900
Carnetix P5V
Carnetix MacPac Wiring
Pac SWI-X steering wheel interface
H-squared mini shelf
Since I'm not overly concerned with updating the current speaker setup and adding sub woofers, I should need to worry about amps. Am I correct in assuming this?
Thanks for looking and any help given!

I have my entire music collection on my computer as well as a large library of television shows. It would be nice to have the computer in the car for that reason, and it would also be neat to be able to surf the internet in the dash. The entire Atlanta area is covered by wireless high speed internet.
