I used 26 gauge butt splices, crimped them to the wire ends and then inserted them onto the individual pins sticking out from the blue plug on the back of the car stereo. They fit snuggly, with some effort. When I turn on the mp3 player (Sansa) and select 'CD' from my stereo, I can NOT get the device to play through the car stereo CD channel.
Did I do something wrong, is it possible to do what I am attempting? I was excited to avoid all the gadgets to make my mp3 player work.
Thank you.
