Thread: 2003 Boxster S... I'm at it again!!!

With taking the car to some road courses and looking into autocross, I'm not 100% happy with trunk space. Plus I'm planning some trips in the near future.

kinda thinking Plexiglas floor with fans moving air. Stripping the larger amp and using it naked, along side of the PC, and figuring out somehow to move the smaller amp to the OEM amp space...

I'm up for suggestions.

Labor Day I will redo the amps and pc. While I'm still on the fence about using the Porsche engraved top again, I still went out to overstock on everything.

Here's the direction I'm headed.

I started by breaking down the old box.

lol. yes at first. wood is lighter... I then realize that I'm driving a convertible (added weight) plus I'm planning some winter trips and need the space...

Plus going to track days that box was an issue.

the box did well, but I wanted more trunk space.

once done i will add up total again... plus waiting on new 5.25 subwoofers will reuse Bose subwoofer box
