Carpc Corsa Premium 1.4 Econo.Flex (Brasil)

Bem pessoal após muitas buscas na net, vários e varios foruns sobre carpc fui criando uma ideia de como colocar, qual o melhor monitor a ser escolhido, qual placa-mãe ficaria melhor, o melhor processador, o tamanho do disco rigido e qual case colocar.

Problema nº 1 --> Meu maior problema tornaria-se como ligar o pc ao sistema de som (não sabia nada de som, ai comecei a estudar bastante sobre o assunto) pois eu nao tinha amplificador e no painel do carro não tinha espaço suficiente para o cd player e o monitor de 7". Ai comecei a esquentar a cabeça, após muitas tentativas com a minha maquina de casa, cheguei a conclusao de que colocando um amplificador com entradas rca ligadas a um adptador RCA-->P2, problema solucionado, ja consigo ligar o pc ao som sem precisar do player.

Problema nº 2 --> Aqui no Brasil é extremamente dificil encontrar perifericos para carpc, é uma luta, tem que se importar todo tipo de material, da fonte ao monitor. Não consegui encontrar uma fonte M2 ou M3, instalei um inversor 12v-110v e coloquei uma fonte normal 220W sem o case. liguei no pc e pronto a maquina ligou na bancada bunitinho, vamos a montagem.

Problema nº 3 --> Minha placa mae com processador atom 1.6 veio a queimar, para nao ficar sem o pc no carro, o que eu fiz, coloquei uma placa mae foxccon com processador celeron de 2.0 e memoria ram de 512mb parafusadas na lateral de madeira e o hd ficava pendurado pelo cabo de força e o sata. e assim fiquei por quase 30 dias até encontrar uma nova placa mini-atx e tudo funcionava na mais perfeita ordem.

Problema nº 4 --> Ao ligar o carpc em local final, tudo instaladinho bunitinho eis que, me aparecem ruidos tipo a de uma turbina o tempo todo, e quando acelerava o ruido almentava, refiz toda a instalação dos cabos da bateria, coloquei os de energia de um lado e os de som do outro. Não resolveu. Resolvi importar uma fonte m2, demorou 45 dias para chegar, e chegou, troquei a fonte os ruidos acabaram e logico que retirei o inverter.

Problema nº 5 --> O monitor era ligado direto na fonte do veiculo, e o negativo ficava na lata, eis que ele começou a ter varias interferencias, piscava bastante, nao calibrava o touch, era um sacrificio para poder utiliza-lo, resolvi esse problema, ligando o 12v direto na fonte juntamento com o fio negativo tb na fonte no conector molex.

Coloquei um botão de ligar para nao ficar dependete da ignição do veiculo, ai ligo e desligo ele a qualquer momento, o amplificador fica ligado na fonte m2, que liga após 5 segundos depois da partida da mesma.

Ficou um trabalho muito bom. Apenas acho que podia melhorar o LCD, fazer ele parecer fazer parte do carro e não algo que foi simplesmente colocado.

Mas sei que isto não é tão facil, além da mao de obra, aqui no Brasil é importante tirar o LCD senão ficamos sem.

It is a very nice work. But i think the LCD need a better place, making it appear to be part of the car and not something that was just placed.

I know, it is not easy, and need a lot of work, and here in Brazil it is very important get out the lcd or will be stolen.

Issue # 2 -> Here in Brazil is extremely hard to find peripherals for carpc, it's a struggle, you have to import all kinds of material, from power supply to monitor. I could not find a power supply M2 or M3, I installed an inverter 12v-110v and put a 220W power supply without a case. Flipped the switch and the PC turned on on the bench nicely, let's go to mount it in the car.

I put an power button/switch independent from the ignition of the vehicle, i turn it on and off at any time, the amp is plugged into m2, which turns on after 5 seconds of it being switched on.
