Carpc Corsa Premium 1.4 Econo.Flex (Brasil)

Well personal after many searches in net, several and some forums on carpc I was creating an idea of as to place, which optimum monitor to be chosen, which plate-mother would be better, optimum processor, the size of the hard disk and which marries to place.
Problem nº 1 --> My bigger problem would become as to bind to the PC to the sound system (not sound wise person nothing, I started there to study sufficiently on the subject) therefore I did not have amplifier and in the panel of the car compact disc did not have space enough it to player and the monitor of 7". There I started to esquentar the head, after many attempts with mine schemes of house, I arrived the conclusion of that placing an amplifier with on entrances rca to a adptador RCA--> P2, solved problem, already I obtain to bind the PC to the sound without needing player.
Problem nº 2 --> Here in Brazil it is extremely difficult to find peripheral for carpc, it is a fight, it has that to import all type of material, of the source to the monitor. I did not obtain to find a M2 source or M3, I installed an invertor 12v-110v and I placed a normal source 220W marries without it. I bound in the PC and it schemes ready bound it in the group of benches bunitinho, we go the assembly.
Problem nº 3 --> My plate mother with processor atom 1,6 came to burn, not to be without the PC in the car, what I made, placed a plate mother foxccon with processor celeron of 2.0 and memory ram of 512mb screwed in the wooden lateral and hd was hung for the handle of force and the sata. e thus I was per almost 30 days until finding a new plate mini-atx and everything functioned in the most perfect order.
Problem nº 4 --> When binding carpc in final place, everything instaladinho bunitinho here it is that, me they appear noises all type of a turbine the time, and when sped up the noise almentava, I remade all the installation of the handles of the battery, placed of energy of a side and of sound of the other. It did not decide. I decided to import a source m2, it delayed 45 days to arrive, and arrived, I changed to the source the noises had finished and logical that I removed inverting.
Problem nº 5 --> The monitorial one was on direct in the source propagates of it, and the negative was in the can, here it is that it started to have varies interferences, blinked sufficiently, did not calibrate touch, was a to be able sacrifice uses it, decided this problem direct, binding 12v in the source juntamento with the negative wire tb in the source in the connector molex. I placed a button to bind not to be dependete of the ignition I propagate of it, I bind and I disconnect it there at any time, the amplifier is on in the source m2, that it after binds 5 seconds after the departure of the same one.
Suggestions and or claims are the will to comment. It follows some photos of the project in contrução until " finalização"

Well folks after many searches on the net, and more on various forums I have created a carpc idea of putting, the best display to be chosen, which motherboard would be best, the best processor, the size of hard disk and put that case .

Issue # 1 -> My biggest problem would be to connect the PC to the stereo (do not know anything about sound, i got to study a lot about it) because I had not amplifier and front of the car there was not enough space for the CD player and monitor 7. Ai began to thin the blood, after many attempts with my home machine, I came to conclusion that putting an amplifier with RCA inputs connected to an RCA adapter -> P2, problem solved , ja I turn on my pc the sound without the player.

Issue # 2 -> Here in Brazil is extremely hard to find peripherals carpc is a fight, you have to import all kinds of material, from source to monitor. I could not find a source M2 or M3, I installed an inverter 12v-110v and put a 220W power without the normal case. called the PC and turned on the machine ready on the bench bunitinho, we assembled.

Issue # 3 -> My motherboard with 1.6GHz processor came to burn, not to run out of the pc in the car, which I did, I put a motherboard with celeron processor foxccon of 2.0 and 512MB RAM bolted on the side of hd wood and hung by the power cable and sata. and so I stayed for almost 30 days to find a new mini-atx board and everything worked in perfect order.

Issue # 4 -> When you turn the carpc in a final, all instaladinho bunitinho behold, I appear like noise to a turbine all the time, and the noise when accelerating almentar, redid the whole installation of the battery cables, put the energy on one side and the sound of the other. Not resolved. I decided to import a source m2, took 45 days to arrive, and came, I changed the source of noises and eventually I picked the logical reverse.

Issue # 5 -> The monitor was connected at the source of the vehicle, and was negative in the can, he finally got into several interference, blinked a lot, do not calibrate the touch, it was a sacrifice to be able to use it, I decided that problem by connecting the 12v at the source with the wire Dickey negative tb withholding molex connector.

I put a button to power-dependent not get the ignition of the vehicle, i turn on and off it at any time, the device is plugged into m2, which connects after 5 seconds after it departed.

Suggestions or complaints will remain for comment.

It is a very nice work. But i think the LCD need a better place, making it appear to be part of the car and not something that was just placed.

I know, it is not easy, and need a lot of work, and here in Brazil it is very important get out the lcd or will be stolen.

    Here's a better translation...

Well folks, after many searches on the net, and on various forums about carpc I have put together my ideas on how to do it, which display to be used, which motherboard would be best, the best processor, the size of hard disk and which case to put all that in.

Issue # 1 -> My biggest problem would be to connect the PC to the stereo (do not know anything about car audio, i got to study a lot about it) because I had no amplifier in the front of the car and there was not enough space for a headunit and a 7 inch monito. So I started to get upset and after many attempts with my home machine, I came to a conclusion that putting an amplifier with RCA inputs connected to an RCA adapter -> P2 was best, problem solved, now I turn on my pc and the sound works without a head unit.

Issue # 2 -> Here in Brazil is extremely hard to find peripherals for carpc, it's a struggle, you have to import all kinds of material, from power supply to monitor. I could not find a power supply M2 or M3, I installed an inverter 12v-110v and put a 220W power supply without a case. Flipped the switch and the PC turned on on the bench nicely, let's go to mount it in the car.

Issue # 3 -> My motherboard with 1.6GHz processor got burned, so not to be out of a pc in the car, which I did, I put another motherboard with celeron processor foxccon of 2.0Ghz and 512MB RAM bolted on the wood siding and the HD was hung by the power cable and sata -- and so I stayed for almost 30 days until I found a new mini-atx board and everything worked perfectly.

Issue # 4 -> When you turn on the carpc in the car, all nicely installed, I hear a turbine like noise all the time, and the noise increases when accelerating, redid the whole installation of the battery cables, put the energy on one side and the sound of the other. Not resolved. I decided to import a source m2, took 45 days to arrive, and came, I changed the power supply and the noises was gone so I removed the inverter..

Issue # 5 -> The monitor was connected at the power supply of the vehicle, and was grounded in the frame,it has got several interferences, blinked a lot, did not calibrate the touchscreen, it was a sacrifice to be able to use it, so I fixed that problem by connecting the 12v at the power supply along with the ground using the same molex connector.

I put an power button/switch independent from the ignition of the vehicle, i turn it on and off at any time, the amp is plugged into m2, which turns on after 5 seconds of it being switched on.

All suggestions and comments are welcome.

Here are some pictures of the project up to its completion.
