2006 Z06 Install: Part 1

DAMN! You have my respect sir. Not only is this a kick *** project, but you had the guts to tear apart a Z06! I love the time and detail you put into the project and I see you use nothing but the best judging from your audio setup.

You hacked your HUD? That's great!

Can you post a pic and any details about it?

that's exactly what was going through my head while reading the entire thread, especially considering how the exhaust, trans, and diff heat that area of the car. have you heat tested it while driving? although i couldn't bring myself to add that much weight to my C6Z, i gotta say: impressive work, and i bet it sounds great! you even got hpTuners!

Cliff hanger! I feel like I just finished a best seller and the author set up for a sequel... Amazing work!

Yep, we hacked our HUDs. :) Creaseguard designed the hardware, and I designed the software.

Yes - all C6 Corvette (2005+) HUDs show the radio info.
