looks like you did your research, and everything looks decent to me(i kind of prefer seagate hdd's over WD, but after some other discussions about data loss related to hdd brands, not so much... but some habits die hard..)

though this section is mostly for build logs, so i don't think you will get too many hardware-related comments at this point. a better spot would be the newbie-proposed setups topic area.

The M2-ATX should fit in that cas (I think?), but I'm not sure of the power requirements for the other components.

Not to be a jerk but this thread belongs in Newbies > Proposed Setups, rather than SOYP. (I just noticed Soundman pointed out the same)

That being said:

Doesn't that motherboard come with built in wifi? It's almost the exact thing they ship in the ION ZBOX
