Moving along, still need to finish the connector and wiring. Built and covered the new overhead and slid the computer in for a test fit.

Agreed, that metal work is super flush! Is it all aluminum? I love working with aluminum.
Yes its aluminum. The main part of the box is a 1/2 1U rack mount box from bud. I used a dremel bit to make the side screws flush mount and two aluminum parts from the hardware store for the hdd mount. I have changed and turned the board 90 degrees now to make more room for the rear connector easier.
What is the little board that is hovering over the IDE and ATX connector at the back of the box?
