Got it cut and shaped to fit the screen
Made one out of fiberglass. After bondo and primer...
Screen mounted, bezel ready for texture...

Thanks. I used the wood to make a silicone master mold, so if mine broke, or someone else wanted one, I could whip one up pretty easy.Originally Posted by dna59

I think it turned out pretty good for my first project.
Got it textured and tested the screen.
Got it installed... But it's back out again while I'm installing this
2.66 ghz core 2 duo, 2 gb ram, 320 gb HDD and maybe an audio card later.
It's mounted on the factory amp rack.
I really like your mod job. Looks better than OEM IMHO...
