I have a camry 2007 with steering wheel controls, how can i know if i have resistive buttons?

whats your opinion. Also i'm a bit confused on the audio output. Both these motherboards offer a 7.1 audio, but the asus only has 3 of those audio jacks and the intel and many others have 5. I have quite the sound system and just want to make sure i can have a clean hookup and sound great.
