    Compliments on your build.

as for the dropdown screen , I have been thinking about he same thing , and I happen to have an old laptop with a full HD led screen (17") all I need is to buy a controller in china (njytouch.com) or another site if you find it

most laptop screens have a small connector so it pays off to email them and possibly provide a pic of your connector if you have found your screen.

I have done a similar thing with my 7" touchscreen , I bought the seperate components and am installing it like that , saves me the trouble of taking a screen out of the frame plus it cost me 60 bucks for a brand new led backlit screen capable of showing full HD with a touchscreen interface, I believe mij screen vga controller has cost me about 26 dollars , so it isnt expensive.

    hope this helps your search

I ended up Putting a Samsung LED 19" and I did not need any kind of special connectors The tablet uses Hdmi so All I did was using hdmi cables and the mount is a kitchen cabinet mount I bought on ebay for $15 free shipping i will post a new video with new updates really soon
