Really nice looking project. I'm looking to scrap my current CarPuter and install a tablet. I was debating back and fourth between the Nexus7 and the Tab2, but I think you sold me on the Tab2. I do have a few questions though:
1) Overall, how's the sound quality going from the headphone jack? I'm not a huge audiophile, but I definitely like things to sound clean. One of my biggest issues with my CarPC now is that I could never get the music to sound quite right while using iTunes, Centrafuse, or damn near anything. As a follow-up question to that, what did you use for equalizing software/apps?
2) You said that you had most of your data stored on a 64GB SD Card, but Samsung's website states that 32GB is the max...can you definitely confirm that you are using a 64GB stick?
3) In your videos, are you still using your iPhone, or did you switch to something else? I currently have an iPhone 5 and I'm wondering if I'd be able to jailbreak the phone to create the wifi-tethering scenario, and if the bluetooth also connects seamlessly with Android based products. But, once I rooted the Tab2, couldn't I just enable the wifi-tethering app, and have the Tab2 basically connect to...itself?
