Notes: right now a keyboard is used but in the plans is another faceplate hack from an old headunit similer to the one in my GTI (see older posts). Currantly i can only use WinAmp2x because of computer power. I'm also limited in displaying only 16 colours because of onboard video, so no movies or fancy eye candy. I also had to use a ATA PRO FLASH card from Micro Firmware, that way my Bios could see the 40 gig drive with no overlay software.
I'm going to have to come to canuckland to steal both of your cars :D. Looks great! Inspired by the turbobus?
No inspired by this one NeedforSpeed.ca By the way he's pulling the 2.7L and puttin in a 3.6L... and yes it features a massive turbo.
Yeah, that was the one I was thinking of. I need to steal that bus too :D. I've got the vids of it embarising sports cars kicking around my hdd.
I like the unique vehicle!!!
Gotta love the oldschool VW. Love anyone period. I got a trophy for a 73 SB I had back in the day. I won first place for best looking car. It was hella fun driving that car. Some day ill have another one.
Good job on your carpc.
Excellent work on the screen. Now get an Epia, and some really beefy power going. then run GPS, no point in having a 120MPH bus, if it's 120MPH in the wrong direction. :)
