Honda Accord 7th gen - Acura TSX Second gen Car PC - Upper ventilation panel install

My car is 2008 Honda Accord 7th gen (Acura TSX First gen in USA) Non-Navi
I was thinking to place the screen to here first:

But it wouldn't be useful. It would be on the very lower part. So i decided to this:

    Specs:

    Windows 7 64 bit
    ASUS_P8H61-I Mainboard
Intel Pentium Processor G2130 (3M Cache, 3.20 GHz)
    4 GB DDR3 RAM
    Sandisk 128 GB SSD
150 W. PSU (No name, China made but works great)
    8" Open frame LCD screen
HDMI+VGA+2AV Controller Board VS-TY2662-V1 (Support Automatically switch to AV2)
    Globalsat BU-353
    Car2PC Audio adapter
Andrea Electronics Superbeam Array Microphone Bundle SUMA
    ElmScan 5 Compact
Digitus 7 port USB 2.0 hub
    Mini 0801 Car DVR
HDMI, VGA, RCA, Stereo extension ,USB 3.0 and 2.0 cables
    And this panel:

Actually this is a completed device with Wince. But i bought without screen and other electronic parts, just the plastic parts. A seller accepted to sell it seperately.

that has got to be the best place for a carpc screen. so much closer to where your eyes need to be while driving. awesome install. looks like it belongs there.

Argh! I wanted to do exactly this with my car but I was unable to find a seller willing to sell me the top piece without the WinCE components. Which seller did you go with?

iGO ver. is 8.3.1.59883. Yes its very smooth and fast.
Engine data from OBDII and software is Scantool. Also you can use OBDWiz. its not free. it comes with Elmscan5 compact as bundle.
